Do I have to be affiliated to the Mutualité Chrétienne to benefit from its services?
No, the DSAs cover the beneficiaries of all mutual insurance companies.
Are the speakers always the same?
In order to guarantee continuity of service, while taking into account the schedules, holidays and possible absences of our teams, several service providers may take turns in the home. However, we are careful to limit the number of service providers so that we can provide stable, high-quality support.
How much do your services cost?
Rates vary from one service to another and from one DSA to another. Please contact the DSA in your area to receive the price list.
Can you be flexible with timetables and frequency?
It depends on the department concerned. For example:
For Help with Daily Living, we can adapt the frequency and duration of interventions according to our availability and the needs of the beneficiaries.
For nursing care, visits are organised on the basis of medical priorities and a geographical tour.
In all cases, we do our best to meet expectations while guaranteeing quality of service.
Can you intervene quickly in an emergency?
Yes, our teams can intervene in an emergency.
Are you available all the time?
Outside office hours (8.30 a.m. to 4 p.m.) and in emergencies only, a telephone exchange service takes over in the evening, at night and at weekends - nurses and social workers are on call.
