WHY A CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY?
We attach importance to respecting the personal data of our beneficiaries. This confidentiality policy relates to the processing of personal data provided to the Fédération de l'Aide et Soins à Domicile (hereinafter referred to as «the Fédération").« FASD ») via the contact and job application forms on the website.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING?
The data controller is FASD whose registered office is located at rue de Fernelmont 40-42, 5020 Namur and registered with the ECB under number 0449690614.
WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
This data is collected when you visit the site, when you fill in our contact form, when you contact us by email or when you reply to a job offer.
You are never required to submit the contact form, contact us by email or apply for a job via the site.
Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- To enable the user to contact us.
- To enable our services to be set up by contacting you again if you so wish via the request form (e-mails, telephone calls, post).
- To enable us to improve our services by carrying out satisfaction surveys.
- Enable users to apply for jobs online.
WHAT ARE THE LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING?
The legal basis for the processing is the consent (Art. 6 a of the RGPD) which you unambiguously express by clicking on the RGPD consent button and then «send».
WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data collected via the online form is processed solely by FASD staff. It is never shared with anyone else.
DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA IN ANY OTHER WAY?
No, we do not transfer or sell your information to any other organisation or company.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
Your personal data is kept for a period that complies with legal provisions or with the purposes for which it was collected.

The right to portability
This right gives you the opportunity to control your personal data more easily, and more specifically :
- To retrieve your personal data processed by us for your personal use.
- To transfer your personal data from us to another company, either by you or directly by us, provided that such direct transfer is «technically feasible».
